Box Truck Driver needed to pick up community doantions. No heavy lifting, will be paired up with loaders, some lifting may be required. Our service area is from Pt. St. John to the Pineda Causeway. Should be comfortable driving and backing up box truck.
We also, would like a volunteer to pick up food donations on Friday from local parterned grocery stores. Driver will need to load donations on their own and track the temperture and pounds (scale is provided) no assistance is available for the loading. Once returned to the Sharing Center, assistance with the unload.
Hours are from 8:30am - 12:00pm sometimes depending on traffic and pickup amount it may require a an extra hour or so.
Good Driving Record required, must complete documentation for insurance.
No smoking in the trucks; spotters for backing up is required.
Doantions help support our Basic Needs programs.
