Position: 12-15 hours/week - Hours can work around class schedule;
will cover transportation costs, mileage reimbursement or trans/railpass.
Internship Responsibilities include:
- Social Media as relates to programs and fundraising
- Assist with other public relations outlets for fundraising events
- Assist with events planning & management
Internship Requirements include:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Resourcefulness, creativity and a drive to achieve measurable results
- Ability to multi-task and deliver high quality results
- Knowledge of social networking, PC skills including Microsoft Office Suite

Description
Founded in 1936, North Light Community Center is a place where children learn and play in a safe and nurturing environment, teens learn life and entrepreneurial skills to realize their full potential, and parents seek counsel and civic engagement. Programs include a state-licensed childcare facility with year-round school-age programs, arts and recreation, emergency supports, on-site tutoring, youth leadership training and workforce development, parenting education and access to technology.
