ORGANIZATION: Echelon Academy

Echelon Academy is seeking an in-person part time volunteer receptionist/front desk manager for this this fall. Only a handful of staff and two students will be entering the building throughout the school day. We have developed an extensive plan to ensure the safety of our students, staff, and volunteers.

Responsibilities include:

  • Answering phone calls.
  • Monitors security cameras and telecommunications systems
  • Assisting teachers with copying, organizing, and other administrative tasks
  • Directs students upon entrance.
  • Maintains security by following procedures, monitoring logbook, and issuing visitor badges to potential families who are visiting the school building.
  • Keeps a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
  • Supports continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
