Do you have a passion for smiling? Are you skilled with small talk? Put your aptitude for exuberance to good use at the Y. Our Volunteer Member Greeters maintain a welcoming, helpful and professional atmosphere within our YMCAs. These vital volunteers ensure that no question goes unanswered and no expectation goes unmet. Greeters connect with members, meet new people and become a part of our community.
Volunteer Member Greeters should have excellent customer service skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. He/she will practice active listening skills to better serve customers’ needs. 16 years old and above. Bilingual volunteers are especially needed.
This opportunity requires applicant to submit 2 letters of reference
