Come and hang out with the adults after the kids go off to school. Spend time interacting with them, encouraging and complementing them on their strengths. Your presence allows the parents extra time in the Day House to do household tasks such as laundry, and computer time to search for employment and housing online and other tasks to furthur their goal of independent living.
