We need you! Have fun helping kids succeed in school!! We provide homework help, as well as games and crafts for 20-25 children who reside at CPAH's low-income complex in Beaverton. The program is open Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 3:30 to 5:30 PM to kids in grades K through 8th. Volunteers at CPAH help resident youth with their homework and supervise activities and games while serving as positive role models. They have a desire to work with children, are comfortable supervising activities and are willing to read aloud/assist with homework.
Our after school programs will be starting up at the end of September. We look for volunteers that can commit to one day a week.
