The CareerVillage team is looking for working professionals in a variety of careers to give online career advice to high school students from low-income communities.

Students in High Schools throughout America want to know what it's like to be you! They are logging onto CareerVillage to ask questions about careers they might want to pursue after college, and about the path they need to follow to get onto the right side of the tracks. In just a few minutes each week, you could type out the answers to career questions that could help set dozens of students on the right path. Every contribution you make on CareerVillage is publicly available, so all students can benefit from it.

You need:

  • Internet access (so you can submit your answers)
  • An email address (so you can get an email notification when there's a question for you to respond to)
  • The strong desire to be helpful
