CF Cycle for Life is a one-day bike ride which includes a choice of two routes (30 & 65 miles). The journey begins and ends at The Frontier in RTP and passes through some of the most scenic and cycle-friendly roads in the area.
Cycle for Life offers not only beautiful cycling routes but a healthy challenge and good time for recreational and experienced riders. It is also a way to give back to the local community and the 30,000 children, young adults, and seniors living with cystic fibrosis.

While this series is new to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation, it certainly does not lack the essentials that you are accustomed to on a bike tour. This ride is fully supported with well-stocked rest stops every 10-12 miles, support, and gear (SAG) vehicles, bike mechanics, on-site medical services, complimentary breakfast, lunch and finish line festivities.
Volunteers are the lifeblood of the Foundation. Without volunteers like you, we would not be able to plan and implement events like CF Cycle to raise life-saving research and patient care for those with cystic fibrosis.
There are many opportunities to volunteer from being a part of the planning team, supporting the day of logistics, recruiting cyclists or participating in the event yourself.
