One Circle Foundation seeks new members of our Board of Directors.

Help us help youth to belong. OCF's circle program models meet youth where they're at. Since covid-19, there is an urgent need to reach and provide healthy connections for all youth.

We are a national leader in training and equipping facilitators throughout the U.S., Canada, and in locations around the world, with proven gender-responsive and relational circle programs and restorative approaches for youth and adults for 25 years.

Our Board of Directors supports our mission to promote resiliency and healthy relationships for all youth and adults through circle models and approaches that connect people in authentic belonging. Board Members from across the United States. They are our trusted advisors who guide, listen, and help us to think, plan, strategize, problem-solve, envision, clarify, reflect, analyze data, adapt, utilize new technologies, stretch and grow, appreciate and celebrate!

We value diversity in talents, experience and skills, perspectives, creativity, identity, gender, race, ethnicity, culture, experience, inclusion, and expansiveness.

Ideally, you have expertise in finance and investment strategies, understand and can interpret our financial data and can guide the Directors, CEO and staff to best plan and apply our resources and funds in the service of our mission. Additionally, you care tremendously for the well-being of youth, believe that resiliency occurs through caring relationships and role models, speak with integrity from your own experience, and want to help further our mission and impact on children, youth, families, adults, and communities.

Board Members will have the desire and capacity to meet online every other month and to bring one or more needed skills to a small, dedicated, skilled, and passionate group that aims to increase our impact on the well-being of youth and communities. Particular areas of expertise: finances, public relations. We meet across time zones but hope for another Pacific time zone director too.
