It's a Jungle (or at least a remote forest) Out There

Presentation

We are lucky to live in an area with beautiful wilderness at our doorstep. Whether hiking and camping in the summer or skiing and snowshoeing in the winter, Idahoans enjoy getting outside in all seasons.

But a fun weekend getting away from it all can quickly turn disastrous if we get lost or injured and we don’t have the skills to save ourselves.

If you would like to help people to enjoy the outdoors safely by sharing your knowledge of wilderness survival skills at Pocatello’s Marshall Public Library, please contact us!
