Kern VITA Partnership

Our Volunteer Income Tax Assistance Program (VITA) is in need of volunteers for the upcoming tax season. You will be trained and IRS certified to prepare taxes for low-income families in Kern County! The training if FREE! And you will be walking away with a new learned vocation you can then use to earn extra money! Or if you prefer, you can also be an office assistant, a greeter, or a translator. It's a WIN WIN volunteer opportunity! Plus, you make friends AND you will have the oppotunity to win great prizes, such as a TV, tablet, gaming system and so much more!!
