We are looking for caring people to volunteer their time in the gift shop at Beverly Hospital in Beverly, MA. Our gift shop is right inside the front lobby, so offering warm smiles and exceptional customer service are essential. Our volunteers assist with gift recommendations, help us as cashiers, answer phone calls and provide a welcoming presence for those coming into the shop. Volunteers are provided training in the tasks necessary to volunteer, a generous gift shop discount, and a meal stipend for each shift worked!

Description
Our dedicated hospital volunteers augment the human resouce capabilities of the hospitals by offering their helping hands in patient and support service areas. They also serve as community ambassadors, to promote the health care mission. Volunteers reap the health and wellness benefits derived through the act of volunteering.
