If you like to help people feel better in stressful situations, then your place is in the Surgical Waiting Room of the Hill Country Memorial Hospital. Family members and friends whose loved ones are undergoing surgery are, understandably, very concerned and need kind words and reassuring smiles to help them relax. Greet visitors when they arrive, inform them of various locations in the hospital, direct them to the consultation room, and, in general, make them welcome and confident that our patient-centered care is is Number 1!
