During the cold winter months, Catholic Charities opens our Susan Zubick Welcome Center, located on the ground floor of our building downtown Pittsburgh, to provide a warm place for those in need. We provide a comfortable space, some hot drinks and snacks, any tangible assistance that we have available (blankets, hats, scarves, gloves, coats etc.), and an opportunity for some fellowship. We are looking for volunteers to help with this outreach. We need volunteers to help during the weekdays and Saturdays with any time they have available . The warming station is open Monday-Friday 8am-3:30 pm and Saturdays from 9:00 am-3:00 pm.
