This position requires applying for the grants for our various programs and work with our Program Volunteer to find funding for our projects. The Grant Writer will search online and view all grant available for the programs we have or want to start. The GW will work on writing grants to foundations found through Grant Station and the VCCF in camarillo and apply accordingly
Experience is required.

UCAAN is a 501c3 Organization
"While all of the other organizations are raising money for research, who is helping the patients? The reality is that while research has progressed and we have discovered treatments to prolong a cancer patients life, survivors are living longer lives with a worsened quality of life. There are more side effects that are making a cancer patients’ quality of life even more difficult. These side effects include but are not limited to brain damage, memory problems, infertility, degenerative disc disease, deterioration of teeth & jaw bones, congestive heart failure, and post traumatic stress disorder! "
