Friends of Night People needs 2-3 volunteers per Saturday to help run the Clothing Closet. The Clothing Closet is open from 10 a.m. to noon each Saturday. Volunteers sort clothing, assist clients in picking out clothing, organize clothing.

Description
THE ORGANIZATION'S PURPOSE IS TO INCREASE THE PUBLIC'S UNDERSTANDING OF HOMELESSNESS AND THE WORKING POOR BY WORKING WITH OTHER VOLUNTARY AGENCIES TO PROVIDE SERVICES FOR PEOPLE AND THEIR ASSOCIATED PROBLEMS. THE ORGANIZATION OPERATES A SOUP KITCHEN IN BUFFALO, NEW YORK, WHICH PROVIDES HOT MEALS, CLOTHING, MEDICAL CARE, ASSISTANCE AND SOCIAL SERVICE REFERRALS FOR THE HOMELESS AND WORKING POOR.
