Meals on Wheels is in need of volunteer drivers in the Anderson Area!
As a volunteer driver, you will have a list of homebound clients to deliver meals to each day. Typically, routes have between 10-20 clients, depending upon the neighborhood of delivery. Routes in Anderson take approximately 1-2 hours to complete. We are looking for volunteers who can commit to a weekly or bi-weekly route schedule.
Please help us serve some of the most vulnerable people in our community!

Our mission is that no disabled or elderly home bound individual in Anderson County goes hungry. We deliver nutritious meals to those individuals in need and help build community awareness and support.
Description
Meals on Wheels delivers over 400 meals a day to elderly or disabled Anderson County residents. Individuals who rely on the community for nutritional support because they are home bound and unable to prepare a meal for themselves.
