Eastside Meals on Wheels is seeking an energetic, enthusiastic and experienced individual to provide support in tracking and writing grants that will impact the core services of Eastside Meals on Wheels. This volunteer position will concentrate on the identification, tracking and writing of corporate and foundation grants that will assist Eastside Meals on Wheels fulfill its mission of supporting and serving homebound seniors and disabled in southeast and Northeast Minneapolis and St Anthony Village. This volunteer position will collaborate with Eastside Meals on Wheels staff team to identify and work together while writing and submitting grants that are a good fit for the organization.

Experience:

Experience writing and securing grants in the non-profit sector. Knowledge and competence in use of generic Microsoft and internet explorer applications Interest in promoting home services and support for seniors and disabled.
