ORGANIZATION: Tutoring Plus of Cambridge

Student and Tutor Match

Tutoring Plus is seeking tutors/mentors for Cambridge students! Each volunteer tutor is matched one-on-one with a student in grades 4th-12th.

These students have expressed interest in needing help in one or more academic subjects and building up their confidence in variety of subjects rooted in STEM, ELA and Foreign languages. Tutors are matched with students based on personality, academic strengths and needs. Volunteer opportunities are available on week nights from 6-7pm.

Volunteers do not need to have experience as a tutor we offer free training to help with any questions that you may have as well as providing a staff member for each night.

During the course of the school year, tutors in all programs establish a relationship with the student they work with on a regular basis.Volunteers also pick the day of the week as well as choose the grade level of their student.
