The Museum of Craft and Design is dedicated to promoting and fostering the art and culture of contemporary craft and design through innovative exhibitions and creative educational programs. Volunteering at MCD is a wonderful way participate by nourishing the community with creativity! Sign up to be part of our volunteer community and help us to serve the diverse population of the San Francisco Bay Area.

As a volunteer, you will assist with hands-on craft and design activities for kids and adults, both at the museum and at numerous off-site locations, and with special events. Many of these programs are on the weekends and evenings so they can fit into your schedule. There are also behind-the-scenes activities and tasks we can use help with from time to time.
