We need veterans to help with our "We honor Veterans" program.This program recognizes and honors veterans who are on hospice.
This is our country's last chance to honor these men and women who served our country.
We need Veterans that will volunteer to help with the program including the pinning ceremony. We will recognize all branches of service. Open to veterans of all ages.

Description
TRADITIONS HEALTH provides a special form of care for people during the last months of life. When medical treatments cannot cure a disease, Faith Hospice's interdisciplinary team of hospice professionals can do a great deal to control pain, reduce anxiety and provide medical, spiritual and emotional comfort to patients and their family.
