WE NEED A LOT OF HANDS ON DECK TO MAKE THIS A SUCCESSFUL EVENT TO HELP HOMELESS CHILDREN. Won't you help?
A little bit about the event: Are you ready for a creatively-charged run/walk?! You will be entertained as you navigate the course by fine artists, musicians, dancers, circus acts, and more! Come dressed in your brightest and most creative gear!
You are supporting a great cause!
Established in 2009, drawchange is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to empower impoverished children through the use of art therapy-based programming. By empowering children to KNOW they are capable of creating beauty in their lives, boosting their self esteem and empowering them to know they don't' have to buy into the cycle of poverty, we are helping end homelessness. Join us by donating or registering for this event. It's our biggest fundraiser of the year!

Mission Statement
Drawchange is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to empowering children from lower socioeconomic situations through the use of art therapy-based programming. Our programs teach coping skills that foster Collaboration, Creation, Dream-building, Empowerment, Imagination, Self-Esteem, and Stress-Relief.
Description
Our vision is to provide the tools neccesary so each child has the ability to fully express themselves.
Art is a vehicle to reach out to students. Engaging them with art enriches their study with all other curriculum subjects. Our strategy is aimed to spark the energy of world peace by igniting the passion of learning in the world’s children.
In using the research based principles of integrating the arts in the general curriculum, we hope to increase self-esteem and thinking skills in children to help them become better world citizens. Wherever there is a need, drawchange wants to be there providing art supplies.
