History Colorado

Exhibit Re-setters

Be a part of the fun, lively, active, and popular exhibits in the new History Colorado Center. Exhibit volunteers work in the exhibits and with the public. Volunteers will restock eggs in the chicken coup, tidy up fur and blanket tables, help with Montgomery Ward catalog orders, answer visitor’s questions informally, keep lines moving at the virtual Model T ride, help visitors navigate the Time Machine on the Colorado Map, and conduct exhibit maintenance sweeps (reviewing exhibits, picking up trash, reporting problems with interactives, burned out light bulbs, or broken exhibit elements). Exhibit volunteers will rotate through various galleries and stations.

Training on customer service, exhibit content, general Colorado history, and basic museum education will be provided.
