Conduct a supply drive in your neighborhood, church, social or civic group, or business to benefit supplies needed by The Arc of Evansville clients. Ability to organize, publicize and collect items such as new or gently used adult size stretch waist shorts; art supplies: colored pencils, markers and construction paper; paper towels; plastic spoons; hand sanitizer; new washcloths. Description
The Arc of Evansville is a not-for-profit organization started in 1954 which works to empower individuals with disabilities to build relationships, gain independence and achieve their full potential. Our agency is a leading advocate for the rights for individuals with disabilities. We offer eight programs for adults with disabilities to achieve their goals and provide an inclusive, award-winning Child Life Center which serves over 100 children daily (over 30% come from economically disadvantaged homes). The Arc of Evansville serves over 750 individuals each year.
