Volunteers serve as hospital ambassadors; greeting patients and guests, providing patient information, answering telephone inquiries, and transporting patients needing assistance. This position supports our main Bates Lobby Information Desk, which helps visitors, families and patients navigate Baylor St. Luke's Medical Center and neighboring hospitals within the Texas Medical Center.

- Must be at least 18
- Orientation or Training
- Shifts are 4 hours in length and are available weekdays and weekends between 5AM- 8PM . Volunteers are required to commit to serving a minimum of 100 service hours.
- Volunteers must provide copies of immunization records, complete a drug test & purchase a uniform. Training will be provided upon placement.
