This position supports our main Bates Lobby Information Desk, which helps visitors, families and patients navigate Baylor St. Luke's Medical Center and neighboring hospitals withing the Texas Medical Center.

  • Background Check
  • Must be at least 18
  • Orientation or Training
  • Shifts range from 3-4 hours weekdays and weekends between 730AM- 8PM . Volunteers are required to commit to serving a minimum of 100 service hours.
  • Volunteers must provide copies of immunization records, complete a drug test & purchase a uniform. Training will be provided upon placement.
