The Board Developer will work in the place of the Executive Director. He/she will work as the Chair-Person of the board in place of the Exec. Director, plan meetings, facilitate meetings, recruit board members, initiate ways to promote and raise money for the organization, promote the organization, call for special meetings when needed, work with secretary & executive director to create necessary documents for board meetings or board members, etc.

Description
MM Hope House provides food, clothing and toiletries to the homeless. We provide training and educational classes to empower our community and prepare them for the workforce. We provide job readiness training to anyone that feels they are in need. We prepare meals and feed the homeless. We are also working on obtaining a facility to open a shelter for homeless and abused women with their children. Ages ranges from birth to twelve years of age. This again will empower our community of women for the workforce and the opportunity to gain a sense of self worth and importance to our society.
