Be a Hospice Volunteer! One sure way to make a difference in one’s community and make a positive influence in the lives of others is to become a volunteer. Working with hospice at MidMichigan Home Care to offer support for patients and their families provides a rewarding experience for volunteers who wish to touch the lives of others in a caring way.
MidMichigan Home Care's Hospice is looking for Spiritual Care volunteers to visit patients, provide spiriual care to the patient and family by engaging in conversation, reading scripture, prayer or other spiritual support activities. Use your special skills to enrich the lives of others!
Volunteer can visit patients and their families in their homes or in facilities such as nursing homes or assisted living centers.
