Goodwill Industries of Central Iowa needs drivers to provide rides to special events. You will use a Goodwill van and pick up 6-8 clients who would like to attend a special event but are unable to do so without a ride. There are 7 events throughout the year that need drivers. You can volunteer for just one or as many as you would like. It is a commitment of 4-5 hours per event.

The events are:

Awards Banquet in late March ( usually a Thursday night)

Spring Dance in April ( usually a Friday night)

Bowling Outing in June ( usually a Sunday early afternoon)

Movie Matinee in July (usually a Sunday afternoon)

Picnic in September (usually a Sunday afternoon)

Halloween Party in October ( Usually a Thursday night in late Ocotber)

Holiday Party ( Usually a Saturday afternoon in Earyl December)
