Everyone has something to contribute to their community. On Common Ground, Inc. is a grass-roots organization committed to improving the lives of individuals who are experiencing economic, social, and/or familial poverty in the greater Attleboro Area through fostering and encouraging the active involvement of the local community in one-to-one relationships.
On Common Ground, Inc. is seeking committed volunteers to provide mentoring and life coaching to other adults in their community, using knowledge or life experience in the areas of budgeting, education, employment, healthcare and nutrition, parenting, social relationships, and life coping/satisfaction.
Interested volunteers will be interviewed and matched to mentees based on the volunteer’s unique knowledge and experience and mentee needs. Support will be provided through orientation and training, trimester social/educational events, and consistent contact with organization staff and program coordinator.
