Yolo County Archives is seeking a volunteer to develop finding aids that will grant the community patron user access to its collections. The incumbent should have knowledge in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word. This is an unpaid volunteer position developing the Superior Court Case records dating 1936-1980. Duties include, but are not limited to the development of the data sheet which describes briefly the provenance of the collection; and to create the biographical and historical description, as well as, a box and folder list. The volunteer must have minimum experience working in archives and special collections. The hours available are Monday-Friday between the hours of 9:00am to 3:00pm.
