Looking for people to volunteer with a new program for pets that belong to hospice patients. This will include walking dogs, litter box cleaning, dropping off pet food or supplies, foster care of pet, and assisting with adoption. This is a partnership with Pet Peace of Mind.

Description
Adventist Health Hospice is dedicated to providing comfortable palliative care while preserving dignity, respecting patients' choices and autonomy, and working closely together with families and friends. Hospice volunteers come alongside this goal to provide comfort and care to patients and families to make the most of the time remaining for them. Volunteers can offer companionship, help with light household tasks, make phone calls, document patients' life stories, help with pet care or offer musical talents.
