Facilitate children's support groups for those who have suffered a loss or are experiencing anticipatory grief. Can also participate in Grief Takes A Hike, a weekend support camp for families held in June. ***15 hr training required. Classes start Sat. 9/17 8a.m -4 p.m. and 9/22, 9/29 from6-9pm

Description
Supportive care includes: Patient Care Support, Equipment & Supplies, Trained volunteers (providing support, guidance and respite), Educational Resources available on issues of serious illness, dying, grief, Community Referral, Care Coordination, Bereavement One-on-one and Support Groups. All services and supplies available free of charge.
