Heartland Hospice in Plantation, FL is looking for Retirees with smiling faces to visit our patients. Any spare time you may have to visit patients would be appreciated. The responsibilities may include engaging patients by doing creative arts & crafts, accompanying them while they watch their favorite show, or just engage in conversation with them, and walk down memory lane. Your visit will bring so much joy to these amazing patients.
Volunteers must complete an application and provide two personal references. A criminal background screen and TB test is required and will be paid for by Heartland. Orientation will be provided.
