ORGANIZATION: VITALANT California

Help with a variety of clerical projects; ranging from filing, folding t-shirts to helping in the mail room at our BloodSource Mather Administrative Office (10536 Peter A. McCuen Blvd, Mather, CA 95655).

We need volunteers who have great attention to details and have excellent customer service skills to work with staff and other volunteers.

Flexible hours between 9 am-5 pm Monday through Friday. Even two hours once a week would be great!

6 month commitment required.

Description

Vitalant ("Vye-TAL-ent") is the nation’s largest independent, nonprofit blood services provider exclusively focused on providing lifesaving blood and comprehensive transfusion medicine services for about 900 hospitals and their patients across the U.S. Every day, Vitalant needs to collect about 5,300 blood, platelet and plasma donations to help save lives.
