The American Cancer Society's Road to Recovery program provides transportation to and from treatment for cancer patients who do not have a ride or are unable to drive themselves. Volunteer drivers donate their time and the use of their cars so that patients can receive the life-saving treatments they need.
We are in need of a Road to Recovery Volunteer Coordinator in Collier County, FL. As a Road Coordinator, you will help schedule rides for cancer patients. All it takes is 3-4 hours a week of your time, organization, and communication skills to make a major impact on the well-being of cancer patients in your community.
