Cornerstone Hospice is looking for volunteers to visit our hospice patients. To be a friend to them. Read to them. Play cards or a board game. Watch a movie with them. Bake some goodies and deliver to them. Be a companion. Most patients don't have family to visit them, so we become their family.

Description
Hospice is a comprehensive care program designed to provide comfort to the mind, body, and spirit of a patient with a life limiting illness. Cornerstone's hospice program provides the individual care our patients require, while allowing them to remain in their place of residence, preserving dignity and quality of life. Our diverse, professional team works closely with each family to develop an individualized plan for hospice care. Our Team Members consist of: Attending Physician, Hospice Medical Director, Nurses, Home Health Aides, Social Worker, Chaplain, and Volunteers.
