MEXICO VOICES DOES NOT CURRENTLY NEED TRANSLATORS
Same day every week, each volunteer translates an article from Mexican press of 500 to 1,000 words. Article is sent to translator by 9 AM US Central Time, translation due by 4 PM the same day. All work is via email and the Internet. Requires excellent Spanish reading comprehension and knowledge of grammar, and excellent, native level fluency English writing skills. Articles address building of democracy, the rule of law, justice, protection of human rights and other social issues in Mexico. Blog has 1,000+ visitors a day, 700 Twitter followers @MexicoVoices.
