St. Francis Reflections Lifestage Care (formerly Hospice of St. Francis) exists to provide compassionate, quality care for the terminally ill, support for their loved ones and resources for community members faced with end-of-life issues. Description
St. Francis Reflections of Lifestage Care is Brevard’s longest-serving, and only independent, interfaith, non-profit hospice care resource. Founded in 1977, Hospice of St. Francis continues to meet the community need for higher levels of care, understanding, and compassion for patients nearing the end of their lives. St. Francis serves all of Brevard County by providing compassionate care to patients and families wherever they call home.
