1. Update provider database (training provided). Due to specialized training and HIPAA guidelines, a 2-4 hour shift per week requested.
2. Outreach. Help exhibit at community health fairs, events across Georgia -let Georgians know about the toll-free number 800-300-9003. Under the direction of Outreach Coordinator; may request geographic region close to your home. Or, focus on delivering Call Center rack cards to community partners in your Georgia county or health district. Varied hours.
3. Surveys. Conduct follow-up surveys for Call Center 3 lines of business (training provided) a 2-4 hour shift per week requested.
