We're seeking compassionate Receptionist/Phone Support Volunteers to help out in our clinic's office. You'll be recording phone messages, returning calls, and scheduling appointments for cats in need of spay/neuter services.
This important position has a direct impact on improving the lives of community cats and helping the kind people who care for them. You'll also gain valuable experience in customer service, office management, and effective communication.
Shifts are typically once a week during our regular office hours, Monday-Friday 7 a.m. - 5 p.m.

The Feral Cat Coalition of Oregon (FCCO) is a nonprofit spay/neuter program for stray and feral cats in Oregon and Southwest Washington. Our mission is to improve the lives and reduce the population of stray and feral cats through spay/neuter services and education. Since our founding in 1995, we've spayed/neutered and vaccinated more than 89,000 stray and feral cats.
