Sign up for one shift a month or more to deliver holy communion to our patients. Must be approved to serve as a Eucharistic Minister through your Catholic church. Openings are on Sundays, Mondays, or Wednesdays between 8:00 am and 3:00 pm. It usually takes 1-2 hours to complete this task.

The Volunteer Services Department is established to facilitate and continuously enhance an efficient and mutually beneficial relationship between community members who serve as volunteers, our staff and our neighbors. The Volunteer Services Department, through its volunteers, offers an extra and vital dimension of care and service to patients, empathy and assistance for families and visitors, and supportive service to Ascension St. Mary's Hospital staff and community.
