The 2018 Idaho Ronald McDonald House Sporting Clays Tournament is one of two fundraisers for the House. Volunteers make this event a success and we hope you can join us.
Sporting Clays is a clay target game designed to simulate field shooting. On the Sporting Clays course, shooters will be presented with a variety of targets that duplicate the flight path of game birds.
Our goal is to provide an enjoyable event for everyone who participates, while raising funds to help provide the services necessary for the families that stay at the Idaho Ronald McDonald House. (R)
As a side games volunteer you will:
- Sell tickets: encourage people to play the side games, sell tickets and answer questions
- Prize tickets: distribute tickets based on the number of targets purchased
- Prize table: assist people with process of putting tickets in container for item they would like to win, answer questions, monitor prizes
This position is best for people who are outgoing, enthusiastic and like to interact/engage with people.

Description
Since 1988, the family of any hospitalized or ill child receiving treatment at a Boise medical facility has found a home away from home at the Idaho Ronald McDonald House. Families come from across Idaho, Eastern Oregon, Northern Nevada and beyond. The House serves hundreds of families each year that face many challenges with their sick children.
Providing these families with a safe, supportive, welcoming place to stay is the reason the Ronald McDonald House exists. The staff, volunteers and Board of Directors help to meet basic needs and provide more than just the necessities. With the help of all the supporters of the House, families are provided shelter, food, support, and care.
