Got an Hour. Your neighbor needs a ride to their medical appointments. The Rural Transporation Program (RTP)is designed to provide transporation to and from medical appointmnets for Clinton County residents age 60 and older who have no other means of transporation. Volunteers provide transporation and receive mileage reimbursement.
