Are you compassionate and have a desire to help others?
WHAM has a need for caring and compassionate volunteers who have a desire to help people who need an outstretched hand to help them with immediate needs.
Interviewer Duties are:
Meet with clients, discuss their current situation and complete appropriate intake forms.
Assess client needs and advise them of resources when necessary
Review client credentials to determine amount of assistance to allocate
Assist clients in goal setting
Respect and keep all client information confidential
Spanish, Arabic, Farsi, Vietnamese language skill a plus, but not required
