Volunteer Job Description: Become part of a diverse team of Christian professionals who donate their expertise to help clients, gain confidence and skills they need to achieve employment . Must have Business or HR professional background that includes or included the comprehension or execution of hiring practices. Support provided of materials, training, and team collaboration .

A Christ centered belief that every person has a God given purpose and plan for their best life that is good and contributes to the greater community. Passion and qualities for others such as: humility, persistence, patience, and prayerfulness for helping people succeed in finding their passion, purpose, and place in their community through better employment.

Understand that people to choose their own path and pace, yet keeping them accountable to the plan they make. And also, comfortable praying with and for people and sharing one’s faith testimony , yet understanding and allowing people to refuse to engage in a faith discussion. Must sign a statement of Christian faith to volunteer.

Other Skills: A counseling or Christian counseling background is helpful but not required . Understanding of Microsoft Outlook, OneDrive, and Microsoft Teams, zoom and other similar technology.

Once a month weekly team meetings whose purpose is to support and encourage one another and the Organization to deliver care for individuals who need and want help finding the right employment.

All Program materials, initial and ongoing training, shadowing others and access to experts to help deliver the best services possible.

Openings are varied from 9 AM to 5 PM, Mondays through Fridays, Weekends are also available. This position is remote at the time of May 2021.
