Utilizing distinctively Christian care and values, the Care Manager imparts dignity and respect for clients as they care for them from entry through employment. Care Managers develop relationships, assess obstacles and barriers to employment, create a plan with the client to gain employment and equip or connect them with the tools they need to find and keep a job. Care Managers also share the love of Christ with each client by inviting them to a relationship with God and praying for them during each visit when the client is receptive to it. This is a remote coaching with flexible service hours and we will train you. Openings are varied from 9 AM to 5 PM, Mondays through Fridays.

We help by providing Job preparedness training, Resources, online Job Board, Job Fairs and Career Counseling. For those in our programs we also provide material needs such as food through our food pantry, and Spiritual needs through Prayer and Counseling.
