Deliver nutritious meals to seniors in your area - you only need about an hour. Meals are picked up at nutrition site between 9:30 am - 11:00 am Monday - Friday and take approx. 1 hr. to deliver. Our volunteers are often the only person a meal recepient will see during the day and your smile means the world to them. If you have an hour once a month or once a week, we can use your help! We need volunteers in all areas, Washington County, Unicoi County, Greene County, Sullivan County, Carter County, Hawkins County, Hancock County, and Johnson County.
