About

The Arc of the Triangle Health and Wellness cooking class meets each Tuesday at Hargraves Community Centerfrom 12:30 till 2:30 pm where we learn about nutrition, healthy food choices, and together cooking a meal from scratch. Additionally, our mission of giving back to the community and getting involved, has us making desserts once a month for the local Meals on Wheels Program. Thirty six families each month enjoy a home made dessert compliments of the Arc. Field trips include Organice Farms, Victoria Florist for high tea, Maple View Dairy.
