The Gallery @ City Hall is a new art exhibition space. Volunteers are expected to serve as both hosts and educators, welcoming visitors and enriching their gallery experience. Volunteers may also be called upon to provide directions, information, and friendly assistance about other public art and visitor experiences located downtown.

Mission Statement

The Phoenix Arts and Culture Commission champions the development, promotion and sustainability of Phoenix's vibrant cultural community.


The Phoenix Office of Arts and Culture is a municipal department. The Arts and Culture Commission is a board of volunteers under the Office of Arts and Culture who manages the municipal public art programs, creates distinctive visual landmarks for the community, administers grants, etc.
