The program is a community services program with six components. Technology & employment skills training, science & mathematics, financial literacy & entrepreneurship, tutoring & Counseling, fitness & wellness, and violence prevention training. The program provides training three time per week to 101 participants for a 12 months period. The program serve children, youths, and young single mothers between the ages of 5- 21 years with academic deficiencies and learning disabilities in the Inner city neighborhoods in Buffalo, New York. We provide skills specialists with outstanding qualification and community Involvement experience. Skills specialists trainers meet one-on-one with each participant to diagnose their strengths and weakness. They then devise an intensive program to meet their needs and expand their overall skills. The program is through and specially designed to effectively address the vital issues relevant to technology, employment, finance, entrepreneurship, and violence. We teach participants how to handle explosive situations in a positive manner. We are preparing participants for entrepreneurships, helping youths to manage their limited financial resources and make intelligent decisions that will contribute to their financial well-being.

Mission Statement

Our mission is to provide a community service program with 6 components. Technology & employment skills training,tutoring & counseling, financial literacy & entrepreneurship, mathematics & science, fitness & wellness, and violence prevention training for youths, youths with learning disabilities and young single mothers. To address the academics and skills deficiencies of youths, youths with learning disabilities and young single mothers, domestic violence, obesity, and criminal behavioral problems that continue to plaque our neighborhoods and our every existence.


We seek to build the skills of the participants who are unskilled, unemployed, and living below the poverty level. We seek to create a skilled youth and young adults workforce within the inner city that will help to strengthen families and build a stronger community. To work aggressively with law enforcement to reduce and eventually eliminate the violent behavioral problems that continues to negatively influence so many lives in our community.

We seek to provide at-risk youths and young adults the opportunity to become an integral part of the community in a positive way. Prepare our participants to become leaders with skills, entrepreneurs, and self-sufficient. To offer a unique opportunity for our skills specialists and volunteers staff to build a relationship with the youths and become a positive role models, who are committed to the classroom, and who will build self-esteem and self-confidence that will enrich their lives.
