Florida Institute of Technology’s Ruth Funk Center for Textile Arts announces its 2018 Docent Training Program beginning Monday, April 23, at 9:00 a.m. The program continues Mondays, 9:00 a.m. to noon, through June 18 (with the exception of Memorial Day, May 28.)

Anyone with an interest in the arts, who would like to learn more about textiles, and enjoys working with the public can become an advocate for cultural enrichment by becoming a docent at the center. The training program will present an intimate look into the world of fiber arts through unique demonstrations and lectures.
